REVIEW DRAFT · NOT FINAL POLICY

Privacy, plainly explained.

This draft describes the intended data flows and requires owner and legal review before launch.

Local artwork and credentials

Desktop settings, saved artwork, and recovery information are stored locally. Provider keys are protected using Windows user credentials. AI requests go to the provider you select when you request generation.

Private image reports

When you choose Report image, you can review and consent before sending your reason, description, image type and app version through the website to a private support database. A resized image, prompt/instructions, available provider/model details and reply address are optional. These reports are private and are not published in a gallery. Image metadata is removed before storage; API keys, sign-in sessions and desktop screenshots are not collected for reports. The service uses request limits to reduce abuse. Authorized administrators can review reports, record private notes and manage their status. Notification emails contain only a reference and an admin link, not the report text or image. Open reports remain until reviewed. Scheduled cleanup removes closed reports after the configured retention period (90 days by default), except reports placed on a preservation hold. Backups and notification emails follow separate retention procedures that the operator must finalize before launch.

Open decisions before launch

The operator must confirm retention periods, hosting and moderation vendors, regional processing, deletion/export procedures, lawful bases where applicable, children’s access, and the final contact/legal identity. This draft does not assert compliance with a particular jurisdiction.
